Effective November 1, 2008, we will exclusively offer the 105K oligo array CGH. Patient samples intended for Chromosomal Microarray Analysis (CMA) should be sent directly to:

Houston, TX 77021

Samples sent to the previous address will NOT be received by Baylor College of Medicine, and will not be run on the BCM array.

- Cytogenetics Requisition (updated)
- Prenatal CMA Requisition (updated)
- Formal notification notice

Baylor's New Combination Whole Genome and Mitochondrial Array will be available November 1st. For more information please see our flyer.

Reminder: The Medical Genetics Laboratories (MGL) of Baylor College of Medicine will no longer conduct testing for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy effective October 1, 2008. Testing has been discontinued because Athena Diagnostics has decided to exercise its patent rights and the license Baylor College of Medicine had from Athena to run DMD tests has expired.
